Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. If you would like to add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper, please request this prior to placing your order. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process Shipping Changes once an order has been placed. We process many orders each day.  Often, within minutes of receiving your order our Shipping and Fulfillment Department is already scheduling your ship date and preparing your shipment.
